This endeavor has been in the works for several years- we seem to have always been waiting for the perfect time, the right moment, the stars to align. And well, it seemed ‘perfect’ was out of the question, with the chaos of growing families and other life obligations, we decided that we’d take the plunge now in the midst of that chaos and celebrate it! You can read more about us individually as well as how we met, became lifelong friends, and about our sweet little families in the About Me section, but basically we both needed a creative outlet and this, along with our Etsy Shop, is that outlet. We are both in stages of our lives where we are focused on our families (our little nests, if you will) and we are always looking for ways to feather our nests and improve on our, and our families, daily lives.
While we are quite similar (friends for over 20 years does that to ya), we each have our little differences that will show up in this space. We will both be writing at different times and you’ll probably notice the various passions and topics covered because of it. Because Holly is a bit ADD and Sara is so talented (so says Holly!), we find it difficult to make this blog about just one topic so we will cover art/ crafts, inspiration, family and children (really, this is what we are immersed in every day so it’s going to be a frequent topic), diy/ tutorials, and links to all the other wonderful women out there blogging, creating, and sharing. So come along and join us for this crazy little journey!
